Conducts Public Hearing on the
2020-2021 School Calendar
On Tuesday, January 14, 2020 and Tuesday, January 28, 2020, the Raleigh County Board of Education will conduct mandatory public hearings to afford parents, school district employees, community members and other interested parties within the county an opportunity to provide input into the development of the 2020-2021 Raleigh County Schools’ calendar.
Both hearings will be held at the Raleigh County Board of Education Office in Munson Hall at 105 Adair Street, Beckley, WV. Both meetings will begin at 4:30 p.m.. In the interest of time and efficiency, oral statements will be limited in duration to a period not to exceed five minutes and may be supplemented with written comments submitted no later than 12:00 p.m. on January 29, 2020. Comments may be emailed to [email protected] or delivered to the superintendent’s office located at 105 Adair Street, Beckley, WV.
