It is hereby ordered that DALE LELAND MCBRIDE serve upon LISA SUE MCBRIDE, petitioner, whose address is 4506 BUTLER STREET, APT 1, PARKERSBURG, WV 26104, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before JANUARY 24, 2015. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
