PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the above-styled civil action will be brought for a Hearing on the Petitioner’s Petition for Adoption of Nicole Ashmore, An Adult Child Over the age of Eighteen (18) Years before the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, on Friday, February 14, 2020 at 12:45 p.m. The hearing will take place at the Brooke County Courthouse, 632 Main Street, Wellsburg, West Virginia 26070. You must be present at said time and place to protect your interests.
