AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application

Notice is given that Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Modification Permit to correct the heat input capacity of existing fuel gas heater, H5 as well as revise the current Title V Operating Permit at the Files Creek Compressor Station located near Beverly in Randolph County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.819 deg N, 79.835 deg W.

The applicant estimates the corrected heater increased the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants to be: Particulate Matter (PM) 0.002 tons per year (tpy), Particulate Matter <10 microns (PM10) 0.002 tpy, Particulate Matter 2.5 microns (PM2.5) 0.002 tpy, NOx 0.02 tpy, CO 0.02 tpy, SO2 1.56E-04 tpy, VOC 0.001 tpy, and total hazardous air pollutants 4.05E-04 tpy. Startup of the operation occurred on the 1st day of August, 2018. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
