You will take notice that WE-R-FARMERS LLC, the purchaser of the tax lien(s) on the following real estate, Certificate of Sale: 2018-S-00000165, 168 MIN OG: 1.673% INT ALLI:L TENNEY 1-2/API#1779-,, located in VALLEY, which was returned delinquent in the name of TENNEY MICHAEL D SR, and for which the tax lien(s) thereon was sold by the sheriff of Barbour County at the sale for the delinquent taxes made on the 1st day of November, 2018, has requested that you be notified that a deed for such real estate will be made to him or her on or after April 1, 2020, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount you will have to pay on the last day, March 31, 2020 will be as follows:
