MONONGAHELA NATIONAL FOREST
The Big Mountain Savannahs Re-Ad Sales is located within 15 miles NE of Bartow WV, in Pendleton Co., in the headwaters of Cold Spring Run. The Forest Service will receive sealed bids in public at Forest Supervisor’s Office at 2:00 PM local time on 03/05/2020 for an estimated volume of 155 CCF of Maple (Red Maple) sawtimber, 32 CCF of Softwood – Other (Hem, Pitch, White Pine) sawtimber, 12 CCF of Hardwood – Other (BI, BC) sawtimber, 409 CCF of Oak (WO, CO) sawtimber, 361 CCF of Red & Black Oak sawtimber, and 802 CCF of Pulpwood pulpwood marked or otherwise designated for cutting. The Forest Service reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Interested parties may obtain a prospectus from the office listed below. A prospectus, bid form, and complete information concerning the timber, the conditions of sale, and submission of bids is available to the public from the Forest Supervisor’s Office, Potomac or Greenbrier Ranger District.
