REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Raleigh County Solid Waste Authority is currently seeking bids to purchase 9, new methane gas well heads to be installed on 8 inch PVC pipe. The well heads will be 2″ SCH 80 PVC pipe, with a control valve, tapped with 1/4″ hose barbs for test ports. Must include orifice plate kits for each well. Bid must also include 100 foot roll of Kanaflex hose, and 2 clamps per well. Any questions can be directed to Travis Kiblinger at (304) 255-9335. Bids must be sealed and marked “Well Head Bids”. Bids may be mailed to 200 Fernandez Drive, Beckley, WV 25801 or dropped off at the RCSWA business office at 200 Fernandez Drive, Beckley, WV 25801. Bids will be accepted until Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. and opened at 1:45 p.m., Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at the RCSWA business office at 200 Fernandez Drive, Beckley, WV 25801. The Raleigh County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to reject all bids.
