It appearing that the whereabouts and addresses of the above-named Respondent is unknown and that the Petitioner has used due-diligence to attempt to locate the Respondent, Respondent is hereby notified that an Amended Petition for the Guardianship of Michael Allen Bowers, Jr. (DOB: 01/04/2019) has been filed in the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, Civil Action No. 19-CIG-19. Respondent is hereby notified that this action may affect their parental rights, if any, to Michael Allen Bowers, Jr.
It is hereby ORDERED that the Respondent serve upon Katheryn E. Marcum, ESQ., Counsel for the Petitioner, whose address is P.O. Box 229, Elkins, WV 26241. an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defenses they may have within thirty (30) days of the first (1st) publication of this Notice. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Randolph County, located at 2 Randolph Avenue, Elkins WV 26241.
Respondent is further notified that a status/uncontested final hearing will be held on this Amended Petition on the 1st day of April, 2020,at 1:30 PM in the Circuit Court of Randolph County, Randolph County Courthouse, 2 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, WV 26241, before the Honorable David H. Wilmoth, Judge of the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia.
