NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO CHANGE RATES
ALAN LEE TAYLOR, doing business as
TAYLOR’S TRASH REMOVAL
CASE NO. 19-1032-MC-19A
On October 17, 2019, Alan Lee Taylor, doing business as Taylor’s Trash Removal, filed with the Public Service Commission of West Virginia, an application requesting increased rates and charges for the transportation of solid waste in Wirt and Wood Counties.
The Public Service Commission has reviewed the application and has conditionally approved increased rates and charges designated to produce approximately $286,769, annually, in revenue, resulting in an increase of 21.67% for residential customers. Commercial customer rates will also increase by 21.67% over current rates. The present and proposed rates are as follows:

Any person affected by this change has a right to protest or to be heard as to why the changes should not be allowed, either wholly or in part.
Anyone desiring to protest the changed rates and charges must do so, in writing, within ten (10) days of the date of publication of this notice. All protest should be addressed to the Executive Secretary, Public Service Commission of West Virginia, P.O. Box 812, Charleston, West Virginia 25323. To help the Commission determine the justification for additional review and investigation, protest must be specific as to reasons that the changed rates and charges should be modified.
If no hearing is requested and justified, the Commission may affirm the proposed rates without a hearing.
