It is hereby ordered that, DAWN MARIE MURPHY, Respondent, serve upon PATRICK LEE MURPHY, petitioner, whose address is 4323 1OTH AVENUE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before APRIL 30, 2020.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
