Notice is hereby given that a 2003 black BMW 328, VIN WBAEV53443KM29747, missing parts and no key, located at 46 Glendale Rd, Pkbg, WV 26105, abandoned at an unknown roadway, on an unknown date, titled to Franks Body Shop, Inc., may be reclaimed upon payment of towing, preservation and storage charges within 10 days of the date of this notice. Failure of the owner or lienholders of record to exercise their right to reclaim the motor vehicle within the ten-day period shall be deemed a waiver by the owner and all lienholders of record of all right, title and interest in the motor vehicle and of their consent to the sale or disposal of the abandoned motor vehicle or junked motor vehicle in accordance with WV Law.
