The object of the above entitled action is seeking money damages for an auto accident which occurred in Weirton, Hancock County, West Virginia on May 3, 2018.
Notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of December, 2019; ANN RANDOLPH filed in the Circuit Court of Hancock County, West Virginia, her Complaint against Tori Hatala and others.
It is ORDERED that TORI HATALA shall serve upon Plaintiff’s attorney, Daniel P. Taylor, Esquire, whose address is P.O. Box 2827, Weirton, West Virginia, 26062, and Charles Wright, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hancock County, West Virginia, whose address is P.O. Box 428, New Cumberland, West Virginia 26047, an Answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before thirty (30) days after first publication hereof; otherwise, the matter will be set for hearing. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
