a) Weirton Geriatric Center, is requesting 2525 Pennsylvania Avenue (Tax Map W43C, Parcel 0332) be rezoned from R-1 Residential to C-1 Highway Commercial.
Applicants must appear in person; all interested parties may appear in person or be represented by an agent or attorneys, or written comments can be submitted to the Planning and Development Department at 200 Municipal Plaza, Weirton, WV 26062 in writing, giving reasons for either granting or denying this petition.
