Sealed bids for the Upshur County Innovation Center parking lot will be received by the Upshur County Development Authority at the offices of the Thrasher Group, Inc. located at 600 White Oaks Blvd, Bridgeport, WV 26330, until 1:00 p.m. L.P.T. on Thursday, May 21, 2020 for furnishing labor and materials and performing all work identified in the contract documents prepared by The Thrasher Group, Inc. Following the scheduled closing time for the reception of bids, all proposals which have been submitted in accordance with the conditions of the contract documents will be opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2020 through live-stream. A link for the live-stream of the bid opening will be provided via addendum.

All bidders are required to have a West Virginia Contractor’s License per Section 21-11-11 of the West Virginia State Code.
The Upshur County Development Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
A pre-bid conference will be held on site at 11 Madison Street, Buckhannon, WV 26201 on Thursday, May 14, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. L.P.T.
