ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of the above entitled action is to determine the partition of certain real estate located in Randolph County, West Virginia, being two tracts totaling 28.75 acres, more or less, near Kingsville, Roaring Creek District, tax map 106 parcel 19 & 38.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Defendants, cannot be found, that service of the Summons and Complaint has been returned not executed after an attempt to locate by the Sheriff of Randolph County and the Sheriff of Barbour County
It is ordered that, Christopher Gibson and Paula J. Flanagan do serve upon John J. Wallace, IV counsel for Petitioners, whose address is P.O. Box 7, Elkins, West Virginia 26241, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before 30 days from the first advertisement of this Order. Otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Katherine Gibson Flanagan, Christopher Gibson, Michael Flanagan and Paula J. Flanagan at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
