REQUEST FOR BIDS
Steam Boiler System
The City of Mount Hope will accept sealed bids for the purchase and installation of a replacement steam boiler system for the Mount Hope Community Center.Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the City Treasurer’s office, PO Box 151, Mount Hope, WV 25880 orhand delivered to 609 Main Street, Mount Hope, WV 25880. Specifications for the replacement boiler system would be a 1.3 million BTU gas fired steam boiler that would tie into the existing steam piping and include hauling away the old boiler. The boiler and existing piping can be seen upon appointment by calling Virgil Kincaid at (304) 640-1500 or City Hall at (304) 877-2211.
Bids will be open and read aloud as part of the agenda items for the regularly scheduled meeting of the Mount Hope City Council, which begins at 6:00 PM, Monday, June 8, 2020. A recommendation for the award is contingent on the review of the bid documents may be made on the date of the bid opening.
