On or about December 3, 2019 N.T. the above-named child, was born to KAITLYN TOWNSEND. It appearing that the Father, MICHAEL SHEPPARD/ UNKNOWN FATHER, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on AUGUST 10, 2020, at the hour of 4:00 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, MICHAEL SHEPPARD/UNKNOWN FATHER, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, WELLS DILLON 1300 MARKET STREET, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 424-3450.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, MICHAEL SHEPPARD/UNKNOWN FATHER, with respect of the above-named child N.T.
