Notice is hereby given that on the 30th day of JUNE, 2020, CHELSEA and KEVIN ZILK, filed in the Circuit Court of Hancock County, Werst Virginia, a petition for guardianship of SOPHIA ANN MUNDY, wehose mother is NICHOLE REED and father is BRYAN MUNDY.
Notice is further given that on the 24th day of AUGUST, 2020 at 2:00 p.m., the Honordable MICHAEL J. OLEJASZ will hear said petition for Guardianship and will examine under oath the party in interest. Any party knowing why this Petition should not be granted may file objections with the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office.
It is further ordered that this order be published once a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Hancock County, West Virginia.
Further notice is given the hearing date and time may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
