Pursuant to section 46-9504 of the West Virginia Uniform Commercial Code Pendleton Community Bank, Inc., will sell at Public Sale to the highest bidder on 07-30-2020, at Pendleton Community Bank, Inc., 835 Main Street, Oak Hill, WV 25901 at 10:30 AM to satisfy the indebtedness of the Janet Buckland on the following repossessed collateral:

The sale of the above collateral will be without warrant and “sold as is”.
The bank reserves the right:

(2) Reject bids at the public sale
