AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Northwest Pipe Company has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Rule 13 Modification Permit for a pipe fitting blasting and coating operations located at 183 Northwest Drive, Washington, Wood County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.2521, -81.6875.
The applicant estimates the increased potential to emit potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) = 6.29 tpy
Particulate Matter (PM) = 0.14 tpy
Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs) = 5.02 tpy
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 15th day of September 2020. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
