City of Vienna invitation to Bid #PD 21-01
Ford Police Interceptor Utility Vehicles
The City of Vienna Police Department is seeking sealed bids for 2 Ford Police Interceptor Utility Vehicles for the 2020-2021 budget year
Bidding documents and specifications are available at the Vienna City Building, 609 29th Street, Vienna, WV 26105.
Sealed proposals will be received until 10:30 AM on Friday, August 28, 2020, at the above address, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days.
Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked “SEALED BID PD 21-01”.
Prospective bidders may contact Lisa Bibbee at (304) 295-5070 ext 326, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the bid specifications. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia.
