WATERS, Judge of the Fourth Judicial Circuit, at his chambers in the Wirt County Courthouse, Elizabeth, West Virginia, whether or not you file a responsive pleading, on the 8th day of September, 2020, at 2:00 o’clock, p.m., at which time and place you may appear, if you so desire.
