NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE
Pursuant to West Virginia Code 8-11-4, as amended, please take notice that on September 10, 2020, in Council Chambers, Vienna City Building, 609 29th Street, Vienna, West Virginia, at 7:00 o’clock p.m., the Common Council of the City of Vienna will act and vote upon the final adoption of that certain ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REENACTING, CERTAIN BUILDING CODES AS WELL AS ADOPTING STATE FIRE COMMISSION ENERGY RULE, TITLE 87, SERIES 4 (87CSR4), the principal object of which is to adopt building, residential, plumbing, mechanical, fuel gas, energy conservation, property maintenance, ICC/ANSI A, National Electric Code, and the International Residential Code. Copies of such ordinance may be inspected by the public during regular business hours at the office of the City Clerk at the aforementioned address. Copies of the various codes may be inspected by the public during regular business hours at the office of the City Clerk at the aforementioned address. Any party interested may appear at said meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance.
