AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Mississippi Lime Company has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Modification Permit for a Lime Hydration Facility located on 786 Terminal Drive, C/O Starvaggi Industries, Weirton, in Brook County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 40.385628, -80.620718. The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: 2.05 tons of PM10, 2.39 tons of NOx, 0.52 tons of CO, 0.16 tons of SO2, 0.0001 tons of TOC, and 0.0000053 tons of HAP per year. Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 15th day of October, 2020. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection,
Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written comments will also be received via email at
