Brenda Wiseman, Randolph County Clerk, hereby gives notice that in compliance with WV Code 3-4A-13 and WV Code 3-4A-26, the members of the Randolph County Commission and the Ballot Commissioners will convene at the Randolph County Courthouse lobby on Friday, October 16, 2020, at 10:00 A.M. to test the iVotronic machines and the Unity Software to be used for early voting and election day voting for the General Election to be held on November 3, 2020. The test is open to the public.
