Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of October 2020, The Honorable Joyce D. Chernenko had transferred from jefferson County, OH, to be filed in the Circuit Court of Hancock County, West Virginia, a petition for guardianship of WAYLON J. COURTWRIGHT, whose grandmother is BONNIE J. CLARK nka HAYNES, mother is LYNSEY DESIMONE and father is JAMES COURTWRIGHT.
A Hearing on the Petition will be conducted telephonically pursuant to the Administrative Order of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals on DECEMBER 7, 2020 at 5:00 PM before the HANCOCK County Family Court by dialing 304-807-9240 and entering the conference ID number 576 627 370#. At least 5 days prior to the hearing each party shall provide the Court’s Secretary-Clerk an email address to which the Microsoft Teams conference I.D. number can be transmitted by Ms. Hudson. The Court’s Secretary-Clerk can be contacted at 304-238-1051.
It is further ordered that this order be published once a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Hancock County, West Virginia.
