Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of Jan., 2021, at 8:30 o’clock, a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner, Hailey Ann Towner-Powers, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Hailey Ann Towner-Powers to Vienna Dawn Kelley- Towner at which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
