LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLICATION Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of JANUARY, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. the Petitioner, Dorothy Cox, will bring on for hearing the Guardianship of Zachery Michael Cox and Scarlet Rose Cox, two (2) minor children under the age of eighteen (18) years of age, before the Honorable Heather Wood, Judge of the Family Court of Brooke County, West Virginia for the entry of an Order by the Court allowing Dorothy Cox to serve as legal guardian of the aforementioned minor children, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
