City of Vienna invitation to Bid VUB #21-02
Mid-Sized Street Sweeper
The City of Vienna Utility Board is seeking sealed bids for a Mid-Sized Street Sweeper.
Bidding documents and specifications are available at the office of the Public Works Director, Vienna Utility Board Building, 210 60th Street, Vienna, WV 26105.
Sealed proposals will be received until 9:00 AM on Friday, January 29, 2021, at the above address, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days.
Proposals received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked “SEALED BID VUB 21-02”.
Prospective bidders may contact Craig Metz at (304) 295-4543, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for additional information regarding the bid specifications. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia.
