Notice is hereby given that ROARING CREEK COAL COMPANY LLC,109 Appalachian Drive, Beckley, WV 25801 filed an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV 26416-1600 (DEP Regional Office) for extension of inactive status on Permit No. U201610 located near Mabie (Nearest Post Office) in Roaring Creek District of Randolph County. Written Comments on this application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Inspection and Enforcement Supervisor at the DEP address above until February 20, 2021, or thirty (30) days from date of publication.
