Please take notice that the undersigned Successor Trustee, does hereby given notice that on the 4th day of March, 2021, at 10:30 a.m, he will, at the front door of the Hancock County Courthouse, New Cumberland, West Virginia, sell the following described property which was secured by a Purchase Money Deed of Trust dated June 17, 2005, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Hancock County, in Deed of Trust Book 531, at Page 507 on June 21, 2005, at 8:42 a.m., wherein Linda D. McCartney aka Linda Diane Truax McDonald McCartney,a single woman, conveyed to Raymond A. Hinerman, as Trustee for Hancock County Savings Bank, PSB, the following described real property, to secure a Promissory Note dated June 17, 2005, in the amount of $54,400.00. The undersigned was duly appointed as Successor Trustee. Pursuant to the terms of said Note, default having been made, the undersigned was requested in writing by the holder of the note to conduct a sale pursuant to said Money Deed of Trust:
PROPERTY TO BE SOLD:
All that certain lot parcel of land situate in the District of Butler, County of Hancock and state of West Virginia, being part of Lot No. 10 on that certain plat or plan of lots designated and named “Charles Truax Plan of Lots” which said plat or plan is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Hancock County, West Virginia, in Plat Book No. 1, Page 215.
TERMS OF SALE: CASH
The Trustee or his successor may postpone the sale of the aforesaid property by public announcement at the time and place of sale or adjourn the same from time to time.
