NOTICE
The object of the above-captioned action is custody of children and possible termination of parental rights. Notice is hereby given that an Adjudicatory Hearing and a Dispositional Hearing will be held before The Honorable Ronald E. Wilson, Judge, in his Chambers located in the Hancock County Courthouse, 102 Court Street, New Cumberland, West Virginia, on March 25, 2021, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. IN RESPONSE TO THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC, THIS HEARING MAY BE CONDUCTED TELEPHONICALLY. You are advised to contact the Judge’s Clerk at 304-564-3311 extension 227 at least 24 hours prior to the hearing to confirm if the matter shall proceed telephonically or in person.
The purpose of the hearing and proceeding is to determine whether the parental rights of the Respondent, GILBERTO MITCHELL, biological father to M. M., a minor child whose date of birth is December 8, 2006; and A. M., a minor child whose date of birth November 28, 2007, and L. M., a minor child whose date of birth is May 28, 2009; and Respondent CHRISTOPHER COLES, putative biological father to A.H., a child born March 10, 2011, should be terminated.
Notice is hereby further given to the Respondents, GILBERTO MITC- HELL and CHRISTOPHER COLES, of his right to counsel at every stage of the proceeding and that such proceeding can result in the permanent termination of his parental rights.
Notice is hereby further given to the Respondent, GILBERTO MITC- HELL and CHRISTOPHER COLES, that a copy of the petition for custody and possible termination of parental rights can be obtained from the Hancock County Circuit Clerk at the Clerk’s office located in the Hancock County Courthouse, 102 Court Street, New Cumberland, West Virginia.
