The Raleigh County Commission is seeking bids for a new IP Camera system to be installed in the Raleigh County Courthouse. System must be Digital Watchdog Spectrum, Axis, Imperial or the equivalent.
The bid must include an NVR 4 K ready system with 60 day recording retention. The bid must include 32 total cameras with ability to add additional cameras: 27-fixed indoor dome vandal proof cameras with a minimum of 2 mega pixel 1080P equivalent or better. 3-Fixed color lens outdoor 2 mega pixel 1080P bullet cameras. 1- outdoor PTZ 3 mega pixel zoom camera. 1- fixed indoor dome vandal proof 2 mega pixel 1080P camera to be installed in the elevator. Existing cabling may be used or a wireless bridge for this location.
All cameras to be IP based with new cabling to be Cat 5E or Cat 6 plenum through J hooks. (Exception; elevator camera may be wireless)
System must supply own network poe switches.
No annual licensing and must include at least a five-year warranty on parts.

Bids may be mailed or delivered to the Raleigh County Commission 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, WV 25801. Bids will be due on Monday February 22 by 4pm. Bids must be marked “Courthouse Cameras”.
