City of Chester Council will be having a Special teleconference Meeting on Friday, February 19, 2021 @ 12:00 via phone call. The purpose of this meeting is to approve the order of two mobile automatic license plate reader systems funded by Homeland Security SAA Grant Program and to consider the commitment to fund one police cruiser with equipment and to solicit businesses in the community for a second cruiser with equipment.
