Notice is hereby given that on the 31st day of March, 2021, at 2:30 o’clock, p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner, David Edward Dotson and Co-Petitioner, Frelie Lou Villafranca Dotson, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing their child’s name from Daniel, Matthias, Dotson to Daniel, Matthias, Pitzer. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
