NOTICE
The Raleigh County Solid Waste Authority is currently seeking bids for the purchase and installation of led light fixtures at the E. Paul Barley Recycling Center. A mandatory pre bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 10th 2021 at 10:00am at the RCSWA Administration office located at 200 Fernandez Dr. Beckley W.V. 25801. A specification sheet may be obtained prior to March 10th 2021. Any questions should be directed to Travis Kiblinger or James Allen at 304-255-9335. Bids must be sealed and marked “Recycling lights”. Bids may be mailed to 200 Fernandez Drive Beckley W.V. 25801 or delivered to the RCSWA Administration office at 200 Fernandez Drive Beckley W.V. 25801. Bids will be accepted until 1:15pm on Tuesday, March 16th 2020. Bids will be opened on Tuesday, March 16th 2021 at 1:20pm at The RALEIGH COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY office at 200 Fernandez Drive Beckley W.V. 25801. The RCSWA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. It is mandatory for all bidders to contact WV DEP REAP at 1-800-322-5530 to report your bid submission.
