Invitation To Bid
Karl Mulac is requesting bids for a roof and gutter replacement for the “Hart House” in Beverly, WV. The project includes removal of the existing roof and gutters. The installation of Standing Seam and EDPM membrane roof and instillation of gutters and downspouts as well associated repairs. The bid package is available by emailing Karl Mulac at [email protected]. All bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid March, 9 at 11 am. All bids must be received by March 25, 2021. The project completion date is August 15, 2021 and will be reviewed by the West Virginia State Historic Preservation Office. Partial funds for this project are through the WV State Historic Preservation Office. Work must comply with Secretary of Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation and all applicable federal, state and local regulations.
