Notice is hereby given that CARTER ROAG COAL COMPANY, 109 APPALACHIAN DRIVE, BECKLEY, WV 25801 has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV 26416-1600 for a significant permit revision to Article 3 permit number O200219 in order to add approximately 7.37 acres to construct, operate, and maintain a haulroad (within 100 feet of County Route 46)
The revised permit will discharge into Beech Run of/and Left Fork Buckhannon River of Buckhannon River of Tygart Valley River of Monongahela River and is located 3.4 miles, southeast of Helvetia in Middle Fork District(s) of Randolph County, Longitude 80* 8′ 23″ and Latitude 38* 41′ 27″ (Coordinates from USGS Topographic Map).
