Sealed bids for the Upshur County Innovation Center first floor buildout will be received by the Upshur County Development Authority at the offices of the Thrasher Group, Inc. located at 600 White Oaks Blvd, Bridgeport, WV 26330, until 1:00 p.m. L.P.T. on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 for furnishing labor and materials and performing all work identified in the contract documents prepared by The Thrasher Group, Inc. Following the scheduled closing time for the reception of bids, all proposals which have been submitted in accordance with the conditions of the contract documents will be opened and read aloud at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 through live stream. A link for the live stream of the bid opening will be provided via addendum.

All bidders are required to have a West Virginia Contractor’s License per Section 21-11-11 of the West Virginia State Code.
The Upshur County Development Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
A pre-bid conference will be held via Microsoft Teams Meeting on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. L.P.T. The call-in number for the meeting is 1-304-935-0841; conference ID: 538 245 796#. If the preference is to join via video, please email [email protected] for the link. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged, but not mandatory.
The owner will hold site visits to the first floor from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm on Tuesday, March 16, 2021. When visiting, social distancing guidelines and face coverings are required. Please email Lori Providenti at [email protected] to notify your intention to attend the site visit.
