It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that ANGELA DORTHY HAWKEY. is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that ANGELA DORTHY HAWKEY. serve upon JAMES WILLIAM HAWKEY JR, Petitioner, whose address is 219 INDIAN SPRINGS LANE, NEW CUMBERLAND, WV 26047, and to the HANCOCK COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT whose address is PO BOX 428, NEW CUMBERLAND, WEST VIRGINIA 26047, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action on or before 30 days after first publication hereof. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for relief demanded in the complaint.
A copy of said paperwork can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at this office. It is further ordered that this order be published once a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Hancock County, West Virginia.
