NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT ON THE
PROPOSED PARTIAL ABANDONMENT OF OLD CR 29 RIGHT-OF-WAY (1.60 MILES) LOCATED IN RANDOLPH COUNTY
The West Virginia Division of Higways hereby provides notice of the proposed partial abandonment of the following route:
Randolph County, Old CR 29 Right-of-way (1.60 miles), beginning at a point on Old CR 29, said point being 0.19 mile northeast of the junction of Old CR 40 and Old CR 29; thence northwesterly 1.2 miles following the Old CR 29 alignment; thence southerly 0.40 mile following the Old CR 29 alignment and ending. Total lenght to be abandoned is 1.60 miles.
The US Forest Service is requesting the abandonment.
