Chumney) To: CRESCENT BRICK CO INC., CRESCENT BRICK CO INC., CRESCENT BRICK CO INC – REGULAR MAIL, CRESECENT BRICK CO INC – REGULAR MAIL, or heirs at law, devisees, creditors, representatives, successors, assigns, all known heirs, guardians, conservators, fiduciaries, administrators, lienholders, co-owners, other parties having an undivided interest in the delinquent property, and other parties that may have any interest in the subject property.
You will take notice that Kevin K. and Janet L. Chumney, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No. 152387, located in CLAY District, 72.000 ACRES (MIN) OHIO RIVER (ACME PLANT CLAY VEIN) which was returned deliquent or nonentered in the name of CRESCENT BRICK COMPANY INC., and was sold by the deputy commissioner of deliqnuent and nonentered lands of Hancock County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on 03/08/2021. Kevin K. and Janet L. Chumney requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 06/07/2021, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount needed to redeem on or before 06/07/2021 will be as follows:
