The County Commission of Wood County will be accepting sealed bids for the demolition and removal of a dilapidated 1 family residential dwelling, 2 dilapidated metal storage buildings, large amount of debris/trash and the cleanup of property located at 111 Crawford St., Parkersburg, WV, owned by Julie Davis, James Bell and John Bell.

All sealed bids must be received in the County Administrator’s Office, Room 205 of the Wood County Courthouse, no later than 9:00 A.M. on Thursday, April 29, 2021; with bid opening to be held in the regular scheduled meeting of the County Commission at 9:30 A.M., Thursday, April 29, 2021.
The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
