The object of the above entitled action is for Lisa Anne Berner to legally change his/her name to Lisa Anne Doyle. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Lisa Anne Berner to Lisa Anne Doyle.
A hearing shall be on the 23rd of June, 2021 at 10:00 o’clock before the Honorable Judge Sims at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
