CLASS II LEGAL AD The Wayne County Solid Waste Authority is accepting proposals for the purchase of a new Portable Steel Yardramp; 36 ft. in length (includes 6 ft. level-off), an overall width of 84″, 20,000 lbs. capacity, and steel with steel grating. In the proposal, the vendor must describe the yard ramp including make, model, options, and all other available information. Specifications are as follows: The selected vendor will provide and deliver a Portable Steel Yardramp in no more than 30 days from the date of acceptance of the proposal. Proposals will be evaluated by price, vendor specification, quality, suitability to requirements of the Authority, and terms of the proposal. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality, to accept or reject any variance and to award or reject any contract. Proposals must be on company letterhead and include detailed specs and costs listed clearly with the signature of the company representative. Proposals must be sealed, plainly marked “Proposal for Yardramp” and received by 3 p.m. on July 27, 2021, at the Authority’s office located at 322 Bluefield Street, Wayne, WV, 25570. Proposals received by the deadline will be opened and reviewed at 4 p.m. on July 27, 2021. Please note this purchase is being funded by the WVDEP-REAP Recycling Assistance Grant Fund.
