NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF CABELL COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA CIVIL ACTION NO: 21-A-50 Honorable: Paul Farrell IN RE: THE PETITION OF BARBARA GARNETT and RICHARD GARNETT, Petitioners, FOR THE ADOPTION OF JAYLYN MICHELLE GARNETT, INFANT CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF TWELVE YEARS, Petitioners. ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this action is the adoption of J.M.G. pursuant to the previously filed Petition for Adoption. Wherein, Timothy Watts, the putative father of the infant child, J.M.G. and/or any known or Unknown Putative Fathers are hereby notified that this matter shall come on for final hearing before the Honorable Paul Farrell, Judge of the Circuit Court of Cabell County, West Virginia, on August 17, 2021 at the hour of 11:30 a.m., in his courtroom located in the Cabell County Courthouse, 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia, at which time Timothy Watts and/or any known or Unknown Putative Father(s) or their representative may appear to defend his action. Timothy Watts and/or any known or Unknown Putative Father(s) are further notified that they may file an Answer or written defense to the Adoption Petition within thirty (30) days after publication of this notice, by serving a copy of said Answer upon the Petitioners’ attorney Noel M. Olivero, Esquire, 652 Sixth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia 25701 and the Circuit Clerk of Cabell County, 750 Fifth Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia, 25701, and that if he fails to respond he may not receive further notice of this adoption proceeding. Timothy Watts and/or any known or Unknown Putative Fathers are further notified that their parental rights may be terminated in this proceeding. A copy of the Adoption Petition may be obtained by Timothy Watts and/or any known or Unknown Putative Father(s) from the above referenced Circuit Clerk at her office located at the Cabell County Courthouse.
