Kelly as it relates tot he Deed of Trust executed by Joseph A. Kelly, Sr. and Sharon J. Kelly, recorded in Fayette County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book 637, at page 26. And it appearing by that the identity and whereabouts of Respondents, Joseph A. Kelly, Jr and All Unknown Heirs, are unknown and cannot be located after due diligence, it is ORDERED that the above named Respondents serve upon Petitioner’s attorneys W. Scott Campbell and Patrick D. Johnson, of the law firm Samuel I. White, P.C., whose mailing address is 601 Morris Street, Suit 400, Charleston, WV 25301, an Answer or any defense to the Petition filed in this action, on or before June 8, 2015; otherwise judgment by default may be taken against said Respondents at any time thereafter.
