The Housing Authority of the City of Elkins, WV is herein requesting formal proposals for the services outlined below. The Authority welcomes any and all proposals from qualified bidders.
SPECIFIC REQUEST:
The Authority is requesting the services for the provision of a non A-133 Audit for either a one or two year annual audit period. The fiscal years to be audited annually will be 04-01-21 through 03-31-22 and 04-01-22 through 03-31-23.
REQUIREMENTS:
In order to receive consideration bidders must:
1. Request proposal specification packet.
2. Have basic knowledge of H.U.D. regulations and experience in H.U.D.
Audits.
3. Make themselves available for “proposal interviews” with appropriate
notice.
4. Such bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked “Audit”.
5. Present written proposals no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 25, 2021.
The bids will be publicly opened and read at 9:00 a.m. at regular board meeting on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at the office of The Housing Authority of the City of Elkins, WV. Equal Opportunity Employer
