AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Mountain Gathering, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Rule 13 permit for a Natural Gas production and compression operation facility located in Harrison County, West Virginia. The facility is currently permitted under West Virginia Rule 13.
The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.37614 and -80.38580. The facility is presently operational.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:

Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
