The object of the above entitled action is to obtain judgment against the Defendant in the amount of $1,136.93 plus court costs and interest. And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the defendant was not served, either personally or by way of service upon an appropriate family member, after service ws twice attempted by the Sheriff of the county in which the defendant resides or is located.
